REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Premium can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment — no reason needed, no forms to fill in.
Effective September 1, 2026
7 days, no questions asked
If you ask for a refund within 7 calendar days of a successful payment, you get the full amount back. You do not have to explain why, and you do not lose anything you wrote in the app — your trips live on your device either way.
Lifetime purchases
A Lifetime purchase is refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After that window the purchase is final, because a Lifetime licence is a one-off payment for permanent access rather than a recurring charge you can stop.
Monthly subscriptions
Your first monthly payment is refundable within 7 days. Later renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.
How to request a refund
Send one email — that is the whole process. Please include:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the Xendit invoice or payment ID, or the payment date and amount;
- optionally, what did not work for you — helpful, but never required.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within two business days and submit the refund through Xendit to the original payment method. E-wallet refunds usually arrive within a few business days; bank transfer and virtual-account refunds typically take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different account than the one that paid.
What happens after a refund
Once the refund is submitted, the licence is deactivated: Premium templates and premium features lock again on your devices. Everything else is untouched — the free app keeps working and your trips, expenses, photos and journal entries stay on your device exactly as they were.
When a refund is not available
There are a few cases we cannot cover:
- requests made more than 7 days after payment (except monthly renewals, which you cancel instead);
- licences bought from a third party or reseller rather than from us;
- licences that were already refunded, charged back, or deactivated for abuse.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster. A chargeback also deactivates the licence, and reactivating it afterwards requires a fresh purchase.
