Who you are buying from

What TrekStash is

TrekStash is a local-first travel journal that runs in your browser. Trips, expenses, journal entries and photos are stored on your own device. There is no account, and we keep no server-side copy of your travel data.

Who can buy

You may buy Premium if you are legally able to enter into a contract in your country. If you are a minor, you need the consent of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms with you.

Plans and prices

The core app is free. Premium unlocks extra recap templates and premium features, and is sold in two forms. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include any applicable taxes.

• Lifetime — IDR 149,000, paid once, no renewal.
• Monthly — IDR 39,000 per month, renewing until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Xendit. We never see or store your card or bank credentials.

What Premium gives you

A paid plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Premium features for as long as the plan is active. The licence belongs to the buyer, not to a device.

• You may use your licence on your own devices.
• You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or publish your licence key.
• You may not circumvent, patch, or tamper with licence verification.

Billing and renewal

A Lifetime purchase is charged once. A Monthly plan renews automatically, with the next charge no earlier than one full calendar month after a successful payment, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Premium features pause until a payment succeeds.

Refunds

Premium can be refunded in full within 7 calendar days of payment, no reason required. The full conditions, the request procedure and the processing times are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your data and your backups

Because your data never leaves your device, we cannot restore it for you. Clearing your browser data, deleting the app, or losing the device deletes your trips permanently. Export a ZIP backup regularly — that file is yours, and TrekStash never sees it.

Acceptable use

Use TrekStash lawfully and for your own travel records. In particular, do not:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content;
• attempt to break, overload, or probe our licence and payment services;
• reverse-engineer the licence system or distribute modified builds.

Availability and changes

TrekStash is provided as is and as available. We may add, change, or retire features, including Premium templates, and we may take services offline for maintenance. If we permanently discontinue Premium, we will announce it on this page and contact Lifetime buyers about a fair remedy.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, our total liability for any claim relating to TrekStash is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost travel data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may deactivate a licence that was refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms. Deactivation removes Premium features only — the free app and the data on your device remain yours and stay untouched.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to settle any dispute amicably first; if that fails, the dispute goes to the competent courts in Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and its payment options evolve. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on this page. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force at the moment you paid.
